More of Easter Joy freebie

So sorry. I've had migraine a couple days and don't know whether it stems from weather, seasonal allergies or the 3 times I've had cervical traction. All I know is in addition to the regular site of migraine pain, my trigeminal nerve is throbbong in pain. Let me get right to uploading some more zips for you/

March Madness, PT, Easter

Normally at this time of year, my husband and I happily fill out bracket sheets to predict who will win which games in the NCAA March Madness Men's College Basketball Tournament. It can be a lot of fun to compete with each other to see who has the most correct choices. This is the only sport I enjoy watching and I really get into this tournament. Of course, I'm rooting for my university, Virginia Commonwealth as well as the other Virginia schools, University of North Carolina and Duke and, because they tend to be good, Syracuse's Orangemen. What a disappointing year this has been! Just before the game VCU was supoosed to play against Oregon, several VCU players tested positive for COvid so they had to forfeit. And one by one, we saw Virginia temas go down as well as Norht Carolina. There have been too many upsets to name and our brackets are a mess! Also going on - I've started physical therapy again. These first few days, Steve has been working on relieving my neck pain. Yesterday he really worked on the trigger points on the left side of my neck, amazed at how knotted the muscles were. Today I have more range of motion but 'm very sore and achey. Back tomorrow for more. So, with Easter coming April 4 this year, I've got an Easter kit for you. Sort of one and a half because the first, Easter Joy, is general holiday Easter and that will be followed by a mini kit. He Is Risen about the real meaning of Easter.

Zip 3 Harrison freebie

I've been feeling more creative lately. Only wish I was being creative about getting housework done! I actually have a St. Patrick's Day kit ready and waiting. I do need to go do something about my store, however. THere are so many steps to putting something in the store; it can feel like a bother. I should be advertising too but that is a pain. Not as if Echo's customers really care anyway. Nothing much going on here. Due to a mistake with scheduling, Jeremy did not get his epidural after taking two days off work! Had to schedule for March 17th. My friend, Deb, has had to have another 3 blood transfusions since I saw her last! THis is not good. I had missed last luncheon but Steph told me about it. Deb is supposed to have a test of her bone marrow and I am afraid they will find leukemia. I don't know how common the blood problems are among people with Parkinson's (like they don't have enough to deal with) but I have a bad feeling about this. tried to call her husband a few days ago to check on Deb but didn't get an answer. Hope I will see her on Tuesday. In other health related matters, I had my six months check-up with primary doc on Thursday. My blood sugar level is staying at 6.5 so that is good but my liver enzymes are elevated so I have to go back in 3 weeks for another blood test. And husband had his first Covid vaccine that day. Weather has been better - less rain - but temps have been up and down. Nearly 70 one day, another in 20s! Likely to see a lot of colds and flu around here. Here is zip 3 of Harrison:

Day 1 of Harrison freebie

Guess what? Naming this new kit Harrison has gotten a comment from Kristy for whom it is a family name as it is for me. One of my great-grandmothers was related to former President William Henry Harrison of Berkeley Plantation, VA. And so we start the week with the first of 4 zips.
