Small freebie

Things not going too well right now. Spinal problem is worse and I am on prednesone until I see Orthopedic on May 6 at which time I will tell him I'm ready to schedule surgery. Meanwhile during regular check up with PCP my liver enzymes were high. Thought maybe because I'd been taking Motrin but no, 3 weeks later still high. Tomorrow I go back for more extensive bloodwork and on Wednesday I have an ultrasound. Pain is a little better but after a couple weeks on prednesone I've got the side effects of severe fatigue and sweating. My husband has been helping me as much as possib;e and I am working on getting things set up to carry us through a 3 month surgery recovery during which I cannot drive or lift anything. Meanwhile his doctor put him on Mounjaro a couple months back and it is only causing him gastric problems. So he isn't a happy camper either. Played around with making a few masks and thought you might want to give them a try. here is the preview:
